 For the consideration of all clientele we request at least 24hours notice of any cancellation, otherwise a fee of 20% will apply. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment.
If you are late we may not be able to complete the service, however the cost of your treatment will remain the same. To reschedule the appointment cancel fee will apply. Please remember to turn off / switch to silent all mobile phones during your treatment for the consideration of other clients.
